With the exception of refrigerated containers (that have limited environmental controls), containerized cargo is not monitored for environmental conditions that could affect the quality of the cargo inside.  The result is that perishables spoil; electronics warp, crack, pop solder, etc; finished goods packaging gets warped; and general merchandise breaks.

SaviTrak™ provides end-to-end monitoring of environmental conditions such as temperature, shock, and humidity - and is extensible to monitoring other conditions as well.  The solution also allows users to establish operating thresholds outside of which, automated alerts will be sent to inform the appropriate individuals.
